In 2019, I graduated from the National University of Malaysia (UKM),
Majoring in programming, with 4 years of work experience in this field.
In 2020, I purchased my first health insurance card.
Due to my family's past experience of being deceived by insurance agents,
I had certain doubts about insurance,
But this also led me to become connected with the insurance industry.
I decided to join and delve into the workings of insurance
To verify its authenticity and see if insurance is really as rumored.
By 2022, I entered my second year as a part-time insurance agent.
In these two years, I have deeply appreciated the value of the insurance industry
And successfully resolved many claims issues for my family and friends.
My efforts have been recognized and supported by them.
In 2023, I made the decision to become a full-time insurance agent.
I pledge to sincerely serve my clients,
